Can I be away from home when the bin is dropped off and picked up?
Yes, just give us instructions as to where you would like the bin left.
How long can I hire the bin for?
Usually 7 days for casual hires, extra days can be added, there may be a charge for these.
How full can I fill the bin?
All waste must be inside the bin, even with the top. It is illegal for bins to be transported if they are filled higher than the edge.
What can I put in the bin?
There is a sign on the bin saying what can and cannot go in it.
